Faucetpay wallet has been helpful and secured, I have been using it for so long and it is so reliable. If you want to receive and secure your coins in a more sage way I'd recommend a faucetpay account for a more accurate and easy use.

I think Faucet pay is secure. I have been holding some of my coins gotten from faucet tasks there. The problem I have is transferring tokens from faucet account to other wallets. You need to pay some fees which is almost impossible because the fees will high that when deducted you ask if you made profit or loss doing all those tiresome faucet tasks.

For those that can give the time and resources, you can try it because it is legit despite the charges .
