It has become a usual saying of many customers that ; the customers are always right. But then that clause of always right has really entered many of them brain by misbehaving and yet still claiming right.
Some times the sellers also need to be very careful in dealings with customers because they can as well lead the company or business in to failure with their behaviour at times.
In a situation where by a customer alway demanded for credit without paying back at an appointed time can also affect the company negatively. Though there is no how that a company will not lend out to there customer only if they want to succeed in the future but yet there must be measurement to it.
If borrowing to the customers is getting much then such a company will be in short or good returns at the end of the years.

Customers expect quick response to their request. Nobody enjoys waiting, whether they are at a store, on the phone, or online. As a result, the channels the seller offer service on should have adequate response times.

Of course, what's reasonable will depend on the clients and their preferred method. For instance, a research found that 53% of customers on Twitter anticipate a brand's response within an hour. When they have complaints, that percentage rises to 72%. It can be challenging to choose the appropriate service level at a call center.

Keep in mind that technology can be your ally when it comes time to take action to reduce wait times. For instance, call-back solutions like Fonolo can assist in lowering hold times, abandon rates, and call center telecommunication costs.

Another thing customers expect from the seller is consistent answers. One of the biggest sources of annoyance for consumers, according to more than 75% of them, is receiving inconsistent responses from support staff.

There is absolutely no obligation that you owed to your customers and clients other than the fact that you must satisfy their needs comfortably and satisfactorily. So many businesses exist all around the world and each of these businesses and looking for ways to make profit but for this profit to be made they need to understand that their customer satisfaction and comfortability is definitely the most paramount obligation there owe to them.

Customers and clients also expect the business owner to have good and comforting customer services. As a business manager or owner that can be done effectively by employing the right amount qualified employees who are so skilled in welcoming customers and clients to patronize the business. However for you to get the kind of patronage you need for your business you must endeavour to situate your business in an area that totally make a whole lot of sense, if the business is a kind that sells around is customer goods and services, the business must be located in an area with higher population.
