Investment can only make one richer as compared to savings. Investment adds more money to the ones you already have while savings is any money you keep aside for future use. It is Important to have savings no doubt but but Investment is the better option of the two as you let your money to work for you in order to make more of it in which you can then use to save .

Savings doesn't make anyone richer, you only keep the money for future use and you will eventually come back to meet what you saved even sometimes lesser than what you saved. It is investment that a man rich. When you invest in a particular thing, it means that you sent your money on an errand to go and work for you and bring profit. Only investment can get you richer, saving is still your money no matter how much you save you are not getting richer but if you invest your money in a good way even if the return is not much the money you invest is working for you but the money you save is not working for you it is just dormant money.
