there are many things that come with being a leader especially when it concerns work. being a leader in a workplace is not just a random title it requires responsibility and exemplary attitude toward those in whom you are leading.

a leader should exhibit some qualities to prove that yes he is a very good leader.
a leader should be confident in what he does this is very important because eyes are looking up to you and so whenever a tax is being given a leader should not shiver or slack back in performing such attacks or issue of writing he need to be first in the line performing such that already is doing so you should do it with confidence and boldness this will prove that he is a responsible leaders and workers who are working under you would likewise emulate your are example.
a good leader should take decisive action in making disciplinary actions whether it is to a worker or an he should not feel that he is not worthy to give judgement or discipline but applying Wisdom whenever you are discipline either a worker or an employee who prove that he is a good and Wise leader. acknowledging your workers is also important encouraging and making sure your workers follow along in the activities carried out in the organisation is also necessary. Giving commendations to your workers on their effort will prove that you are concerned in their interest and their efforts as well. a good leader should be smart and Wise when taking decisions he should not rush into conclusions but rather seeking advice and opinions from his workers is not a bad idea he or she should not feel that he should only make the decisions which is wrong. getting ideas and opinions from the workers might even be helpful and sometimes increase the efficiency of the business
