The problem of wages is a really complex problem. This is because the employer might be willing to hire anyone who is willing to work for him at low cost and the workers are always willing to work for higher wages. We also know that the average wage of factory workers depend on the kind of job they are required to do and the wage may also depnd on how much experience a worker has in any particualr field. The average wage of an inexperienced worker in my country is $10 per day. Some workers earn even more but in the end it depends on the kind of work a worker is required to do. What Is The Average Wage Of Workers Who Work In Factories in your country?

Those who are working in the factory over here are not really good salary because they are considered as less skilled workers. They usually collect minimum salary which is not more than $100 in a month. They are usually regards to as casual workers. Meaning that the company can lay them off at any time without receiving any benefits.

In our country the minimum wage is $10 a day that can earn a factory worker around $250 by working 6 days in a week. According to studies that amount can cover the expenses of a family of 4 (parents with 2 kids). However, when the kids are in college, the expenses would be greater than the minimum wage earner's income.
