When to seek for a more better paying job.

If you ask a present job seeker what he would like his job to be or what he wants his dream job to look like most of the times you will get the saying that they want girl dream job to be of a higher paying salary type , which possibly have the privilege to also enjoy other business in kinds and other business organisational privilege . But to be sincere as seen in most cases they do not end up having their dream job but rather they may have a job that possibly mediumly pay them . Or rather they may not even have a job at all . There are a lot of things that can make an individual leave his present job in search of another and one of the most obviously cause why majority of people leave their present job in order to look for another one is because they are not being paid considerably and reasonably based on their workload and the activity that have to carry out in the business organisation so as to get paid . This is indeed a big problem because when an individual is not paid reasonably or as how he should have been paid it begin to seems that all his work and industriousness spent on the commercial of business organisation is all taken for granted , and in a situation like this it is definitely okay to sit for another job that is better paying and more accommodative .

Secondly an individual may choose to leave his present place of work to search for another if the individuals possibly working with him which are his co-employees and co-workers do not take him or her as one of them possibly as a result of tribal differences , language differences , discrimination , tribalism and in most cases heated hatred .
