Water is very good for the body as it provides a lot of health benefits for us like 1. helping to lubricate the joints because when the body is dehydrated it causes join pain.
2. It makes the skin to be hydrated because when it is dehydrated it causes wrinkling and skin disorders
3. It helps to regulate our body temperature
4. When we are hydrated it will help in digestion because dehydration causes constipation, acidic stomach and digestive problem which can lead to stomach ulcer and heart burn
5. Helps to regulate blood pressure
6. It helps to keep our kidney healthy because kidney needs a lot of water to make it healthy
7. Dehydration damages the brain function so by drinking water it will help to prevent this problem
