our food will not have taste if you did not put salt that is why it is important to put salt in our food but when we put excess of it it causes diseases to the body

Most people can't eat without putting salt in their food because the food will be tasteless most of the foods that will do it needs salt so that it can be sweet so salt is used for making the food to be sweet but somehow adults are advised not to put salt in their food so that it won't affect their health and it is also common among the young ones and two that are not at old aged not to consume too much salt so that it won't affect the health as well

Salt is important in food because it will make it to be more tasty but when it is too much that you are adding to the food and it enters the body it is damages organs in the body and causes diseases to the body that is why it is advisable to use small quantity of it you shouldn't consider how youwant the taste of food to be because when the salt is in the excess that is how the danger it will cause to the body will also be in excess so avoid consuming too much of salt
