Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help keep your skin looking fresh and youthful.You should aim for 8 glasses of filtered water each day to keep your skin looking radiant and support optimal health. Dehydration can quickly cause your skin to look dry and dull. Drinking enough water each day replenishes your skin’s tissue and cells, allowing for younger and healthier looking skin.

Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night to help your body and skin rejuvenate.

Exercise regularly: Exercise can help improve blood circulation, which can give your skin a healthy glow.

Eat a healthy diet: Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help nourish your skin and keep it looking young.

To eat healthy is most importantly, eating healthy food will nourish your body and protect you from sickness.

For those that are not taking sleeping seriously, it's essential for human body to rest.
