The key for a good health is to choose something that makes you enjoy doing it, and also do it frequently. If you are out of shape, or have any health problem, it is very important to talk first of all with your family physician or a qualified medical professional.

2. Doing physical exercise:

Exercise is not something that only serves to look better. It also improves your health in so many ways. Doing exercise help improve the functioning of the brain, body, hormones, and the mind, and reduces the risk of all types of diseases.

3. Sleep:

The sleep is very important for our good health. Studies made in this respect show that sleep deprivation is correlated with many diseases, such as obesity and heart disease. When we talk about sleep, the quantity and quality of sleep is very important. If for some reason, you could not sleep well, it is very important to consult your physician immediately.

Having a good health is very easy as long as you abide to the rules and actually the reason simple just for you to eat healthy foods because those healthy foods are the ones that will provide nutrients that will make your body to be very strong and healthy and you should also make sure you engaged in exerciseregularly so that you can be fit and the last one I think is for you to make sure you're including fruits and vegetables in your diet regularly at least three times in a week because they have a lot of vital nutrient
