3 Habits not good for the Health.

1. Neglecting dental health:

2. Not going for a walk:

You need to breath fresh air at times. So, go for a walk, either alone or with someone, and breathe in some fresh air. Time spent in green spaces has been linked to a lower risk of mood disorders.

3. Working long shifts:

Work is required in order to earn money and survive in this world. But, when it consumes the majority of your time, it is extremely harmful to your health. It can affect your physical health, and your relationships with those you care about.

In addition, it implies physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion, which leads to a variety of psychological pathologies such as depression and anxiety.
