Gut health is one of the most important things you might need to consider. Our gut or digestive system is responsible for processing food and enabling our bodies to extract energy during the process. Unfortunately, there are many people who do not take care of their digestive system and end up facing a lots of problems. My grandparents were coffee drinkers. I remember my grandmother telling me to drink coffee so that I would be alert in class (particularly in the morning). But coffee was just not amenable to my taste so I prefer drinking milk or fruit juice in the morning. There are studies about coffee, tea and other drinks but there is no conclusive proof to the claims.
 
Coffee is one the food I do not like even if it has a numerous benefits to the body, instead of coffee there are other things that will be able to offer me what coffee will be able to offer. we have some pure coffee here that are so bitter and I hope those are not the one you are talking about because I can't even taste such.
