apple are very nutritious that contain various nutrients like vitamin k vitamin C potassium carbs and fibres they help us in reducing our weight because of the way they are high in fibre and also exercise good for the heart it helps to lower blood cholesterol level and it also contain polyphenols that serve as antioxidant effects and one of these polyphenol is the flavonoid and flavonoid help us to prevent heart disease by lowering blood pressure and also acting as an antioxidant they also help to lower the risk of developing diabetes because of the polyphenol diet contains which help to prevent tissue damage in pancreas this apple also helps to promote gut bacteria because apple contain pectin that is a type of fibre that act as a prebiotic that is very good for the gut and some substance inside this Apple also help to prevent cancer because of the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects that is as apple contain compounds that can help to fight asthma as well as protect our lord from oxidative damage which reduces the risk of developing asthma and it's also help to regulate our body immune system and also reduce inflammation so apple is very good for the health
