Health benefits of dark chocolate

Hi everyone!!! Do you enjoy eating chocolate? Or maybe the question should be different: Is there anyone who does not like eating chocolate? :)
Undoubtedly, everyone loves eating chocolate and there are so many types of chocolate to cover all tastes.

Some types are the following:

Milk Chocolate
White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Bittersweet Chocolate
Baking Chocolate
Cocoa Powder

But which type is the healthiest type of chocolate?
The answer is that dark chocolate is the healthiest type of chocolate because it contains cocoa so it is much healthier than milk chocolate.

It is very healthy to consume dark chocolate daily, always in moderation of course
because:

It contains a lot of antioxidants

Dark chocolate lowers cholesterol

It lowers blood pressure

It is very nutritious

This tasty chocolate may reduce heart disease risk


Last but not least, it improves brain function
