Hello everyone! Thank you very much for your informative thread about mushrooms. I fully agree with everything you mention in your post about mushrooms. Mushrooms are so good for our health and I believe that we should consume them often. They are so delicious! We can add them to pasta, salads or pizzas. In the winter, we can make a tasty mushroom soup which is definitely very healthy.
