pineapple contains number of nutrients like protein carbs fibre vitamin C manganese vitamin b6 copper potassium magnesium riboflavin iron folate pantothenic acid it contains so many vital nutrients in the body and they're mostly rich in vitamin E and my gal they serve as a disease-fighting accident which herbs to combat oxidative stress and this accident also helps to cause damage to chronic inflammation which weakens the immune system are many harmful diseases so bad that it helps to reduce the risk of developing some chronic diseases like heart disease Diabetes and some certain cancers in the body and the enzymes can as well is digestion because it's contains digestive enzyme that is known as bromelain which helps to break protein molecules into their building blocks such as the amino acid and some other peptides
pineapples also help to reduce the risk of developing cancer because it will help to reduce oxidative stress and reduce inflammation as well and this pineapple also helps to boost our immune system and suppress inflammation which will make us to be more healthy active and strong so eating pineapple regularly is a very good idea if you like it because it provides numerous nutrient to our health
