Healthy habits can change the life.
Following are the habits of good people.
1 walk at least 30 minutes per day
2 Having a favourite sports like hockey, table tennis, football and many other games.
3 Eating enough healthy food make the plate of food half fruits and half vegetables.
4 Drink plenty of water at least 10 to 12 glasses daily or 2 liters water.
5 Sleep at least for 7 to 8 hours for a good day.
6 Avoid to eating sweet products
7 Eating fish twice a week is healthy because fish is fill with omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins D And B2 it contains calcium and phosphorus and many minerals.
 
As as human beings we are not stagnant opposites we have the potential and the ability to engage in various activities and practices . it is researched and studied that a particular human being has the potential to engage in more than 30 different activities and practices in a particular passing day . Some of these activities and practices we engage in , sometimes become a habit to us . But the big question to ask is are these activities and practices healthy and upbuilding ?

Majority of people in the world today engage in various unhealthy activities that endanger their lives and making them vulnerable to contact various health issues . The habit of smoking is one of the unhealthy activities a lot of people have make a habit from today . Even till this day in some countries the act of smoking has been normalised and it's seen as a legitimate unusual activity to do . Smoking in all ramification is bad , and has a lot of negative effects to our health and must be avoided . Eating a healthy food and balanced diet is one of the activity we can make as a habit . Because the human body to be able to effectively carry out various activities , the help of a healthy balanced diet food could suffice .
