Health, beauty and self-care are one of the many things that people think about. And it is not for less,. Hygiene and good grooming habits are important in the life of every human being as this prevents diseases, allergies and infections.

In general, health and hygiene habits are acquired from home. However, they can be obtained from other places too as schools, colleges, and even from workplace. It is important that wherever you are, you apply the proper care your body needs.

Now, here are the most necessary and simple daily habits you should follow in your life, in your own interest: oral hygiene, taking bath daily, always wearing clean clothes, toilet in the room, and cleanliness of the workplace you work.
 
I think the watch word is cleanliness here, as we were taught in our elementary schools that cleanliness is next to godliness. You need to care for all the part of our body then keep the surrounding clean. This doesn’t cost money. We just have to stop being lazy and keep doing
 
Those are very good healthy habits that people should practice. They are simple but go a long way in making you live a healthy and stress free life. In addittion to that hygiene, you also need to also eat well and exercise regularly. The food you eat should also be clean and contain healthy nutrients.
 
Body hygiene is one of the most important thing I am really interested and how you can arrange your family perfectly in an hygienic manner because this is what will prevent you from getting infection or contracting any disease. That is why location sometimes play an important factors in the health of an individual .we need to be in a good and conducive environment
