It's very easy for the body to be fit and healthy but you have to follow some procedure in order to have a long life and also in order to be healthy.you have to stop smoking and drinking because there is a say smokers are liable to die Young so don't smoke it's very bad and dangerous for the health .it affect the heart such that it causes heart attack, kidney problem, heart problem which is not good for the health.also try to eat enough fruits because it helps to supply the body with essential nutrients and vitamins which is good for the body.also don't eat or consume food that are rich in fat so as to prevent the risk of having too much weight and also obesity.also don't consume too much junk it's bad for the health and can cause diabetes.also go for regular medical checkup to know the body state and condition
 
By eating a lot of fruit and also doing a lot of exercise
