Cholesterol can be described as the fatty substance that the body needs to function with its daily activities, but the fact is that you need a small amount of it to keep the body healthy. Cholesterol comes in two forms the good and bad cholesterol. If cholesterol become too much in the body it can form fatty material in the walls of arteries and making the blood vessels to either be narrow or blocked

So you need to reduce your cholesterol in the body to avoid health issues that comes with it. The following tips can help

  • Eat more of wholegrain bread, rice and pasta
  • Start adding at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruit per day
  • Do more of moderate exercise daily
  • Try to limit meat

Definitely, high cholesterol in the body is detrimental to it so it is important that one try to reduce foods that will make it worse to the body. The above listed points can be used to either remedy or keep bad cholesterol away. Heart disease isn't a joke, it can cause a huge damage to the heart

Cholesterol is very dangerous to health because it's some thing that use to block the vain and not allowing free flow of blood .
It is very good to run away from those good that can cause too much of it like some of those food made with fatty things .
