Employers needs to be creative in recruiting workers or employees. it will better to get them through online platforms, these ones will be competent with digital processes.
To avoid recruiting all the time then employers should go for target oriented staff. You wouldn't want to retain non-target meeting staff you would always lsy them off
To avoid having shortage of labor all the time because of sack then it is to employ workers that can work under pressure, and do not object to shift work schedules.
