You cannot replace your job right away, there are a lot of things to consider. Leaving a paying job for something else could be like from frying pan to the fire if you do with enough preparation. First and foremost, you need to see if you have enough skills and knowledge to create an income, you will also need to see if the career you are moving into is better, and you also need to see if you have enough money on your emergency funds.
