This is due to this common question this is because many people when going to buy a coffee then they will be asked how much sugar we will put in coffee? If your answer is no many people will look like you are strange or coming from another place because most of them are asking for sugar with coffee even your friends and relatives. This is all about culture so you may accept irony from these unconscious people how to think coffee couldn't be drunk without sugar.

You are very much right about this and it is important for people to come to the realization of the fact that good healthy living require a high sense of self discipline as it would go a long way in helping you make good choices that would contribute to your general wellbeing even when it seems almost impossible.

A lot of us are used to these sugar containing drinks and , could even be addicted to them just for the fact that we are getting some enjoyment from the sweetness. It is from this that we have to develop this level of discipline in order to make sure we do not lose out.

I personally know a lot of people who are still battling with this addiction to sugary drinks and they still do not want to do away with it no matter how hard they try, and even when they know the adverse effect that these things have on Their health.

I think we that are knowledgeable about these things should try to see to it hat we educate as much people as possible to make sure that they do not continue in ignorance, which is obviously the main reason why they still continue in utm

Most of the drinks we have today are refined sugar which can be really dangerous for our health. I came across an health expert who said the most healthy and natural drink is water. Water plays a lot of role in our health, some of which includes aiding digestion, prevention constipation, normalizing blood pressure and so much more.
