Based on what I am told management is the process of setting organisational goals, deciding what actions and resources must contribute to meeting goals and then co-ordinating guiding and encouraging the cooperative works of others and to meet the goals. In summary it is a process of coordinating all resourcesto the process of planning organising, leading, and controlling, in order to attain stated objectives
According to Peter drucker management is a tax management is a discipline that management is also people we can also different management as a process of using authority to organise, direct, and control subordinates in order to achieve the objectives of the business.

Sometimes communication is absent or the manager does not communicate well with employees by only placing orders to be executed as he is wanting without even letting them a chance to talk or even order to remove any negative feedback or review about the product.

Management is directing, co-ordinating, organizing, commanding and supervising the "human" side of an organization or business. Management involves planning how people and resources will be used to achieve specific goals and objectives by applying organizational policy for human resource management, financial resource management and technological resource management.

Management is an on-the-job activity which is the specific contribution of a manager in the accomplishment of organizational objectives and in the realization of personal empowerment, leadership, and self-actualization. Management demands a wide range of knowledge and skills that are necessary for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, and coordinating human and material resources to attain specified goals.

When we take a closer look at the job roles of a manga or the management team in general it can be likened to that of an entrepreneur, in the sense that an entrepreneur combines all other factors of production like land, Labour, and Labour to achieve the purpose of production, so the quality and quantity of production that the entrepreneur will have will depend solely on the quality or quantity of capital, land and Labour that the entrepreneur hires, another thing that will really matters is the quality of the entrepreneur.

So management are the once that are responsible for getting the best hands to achieve the desired objectives of the organization. And they must ensure that they lead through thoroughly at every stage of the production process. They are the one that also take the front row to ensure that the organization is not incurring unnecessary expenses capable of destabilizing the growth and advancement of the organization.

The management team also ensures that the interest of every member that forms the team is put under check depending on the organization settings. And at the same time they make provisions of the necessary resource that will be needed in the organization.

It differs a lot if production is for local or for foreign countries because if I am selling this thing for 10 euros to European countries then the price could increase or decrease and this also will affect margin or earning or if I am selling this thing on the local market then calculations will be totally different.
