This refers to how managers conduct the daily operations of a business. Managers who adopt participative approach where workers are allowed to give their views on how things should be done motivate their workers and improve their performance compared to those who do not involve the workers. Duties and responsibilities of all employees are defined under management styles. Therefore the better management style adopted the better work done by the employees. The best management style to be adopted in any business should be participative approach.
