1. If you did not take care of your dental health it can cause painful gums, bad breath and even cavities
2. Not brushing teeth regularly cau cause the bacteria in the teeth that you are indirectly breathing in to cause damage to the lung which can end up creating infections like pneumonia
3. It can also affect the heart because when you are breathing in bacteria it can go through the blood stream and end up in the heart and it can increase the risk of developing heart attack or stroke
4. 5. Bacteria in the teeth when Breathing in can cause Alzheimer's diseases
5. Gum disease can cause high blood pressure which can get worse and lead to diabetes or other negative impact to the health

Not taking care of the teeth can be very detrimental. The teeth and mouth can cause different kinds of infections to the entire body. One of such infections is also tooth decay. Due to overconsumption of sugary things, the gums of the mouth will become swollen and the teeth become weaker to chew

Although about 75% of bad breath is always associated with improper dental hygiene , but at the same time we also have to understand that some bad breath is always as a result of bacterial infection and if this bacterial infection are not properly treated by a qualified dentist , No matter how we brush our mouth , the bad breath will still be there .

There are so many benefits of taking care of our mouths generally. Permanent tooth is one of the most valuable things people should never lose . You might understand the value of this when you do not have them anymore . Therefore it is very important for us to brush our mouth every day most especially in the morning and evening before going to bed to eliminate the possibility of having dangerous bacteria in our mouth that could possibly lead to tooth decay and infection .

Your topic is very interesting indeed. I fully agree with everything you mention in your thread. It is highly important to take care of our dental health and brush our teeth at least twice every day in order to have healthy teeth and fresh breath. Furthermore, we must visit our dentist twice a year to check our teeth and for some advice as well. In this way, we will protect our teeth.

Neglecting your dental health can have several negative side effects, including:
  1. Tooth decay: Failure to brush and floss regularly can lead to the buildup of plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that can erode tooth enamel and cause cavities.
  2. Gum disease: Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, is an infection of the tissues that support your teeth. If left untreated, gum disease can lead to tooth loss.
  3. Bad breath: Poor dental hygiene can cause bad breath, also known as halitosis.
  4. Tooth sensitivity: Neglecting your dental health can cause tooth sensitivity to hot or cold temperatures, sweet or acidic foods, and even cold air.
  5. Oral infections: Poor dental hygiene can also lead to oral infections, which can be painful and require treatment with antibiotics or other medications.
  6. Systemic health problems: Neglecting your dental health can also have an impact on your overall health. Studies have shown a link between gum disease and a variety of systemic health problems, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and respiratory disease.
It's important to take care of your dental health by brushing and flossing regularly, using mouthwash, and seeing your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings. By maintaining good oral hygiene, you can help prevent dental problems and protect your overall health.
