It is very important to have strong bones in your body. If the bones are not strong, you will suffer more in your old age. So, from the beginning, you need to take care of the strength of the bones.

Calcium is most needed to strengthen the bones. Calcium is obtained from fruits and dairy products. Such substances also keep the teeth strong. Green vegetables are rich in calcium and vitamin C. Eating a balanced diet from an early age helps you strengthen your bones.

Vitamin D is essential to help the body absorb calcium. You can take specified foods to strengthen the bones. You get calcium from leafy vegetables. Therefore, it is beneficial to consume leafy, and green vegetables such as spinach, fenugreek and cabbage.
