One of the most important things you can do to strengthen your company is to create a culture that is supportive of employees. By doing so, you can help them feel confident in their abilities and more likely to be successful on the job.

To help employees feel supported, consider these team building activities:

Create a group or team name. Have employees brainstorm ideas for names for their groups or teams. You can even have them vote on different options.

Create a mission statement for your group or team. Have each employee write down what they want from their group and why they are part of it. This will help you understand where you all stand as a team and what you need to accomplish together in order to succeed.

Have an annual meeting where everyone gets an opportunity to present their projects, discuss problems they are facing and brainstorm solutions together as a group.
