Get enough Sleep very well for like 7 to 9 hours in a a day to have a bed rest It makes your boy more sucestible to get sick Has irregular sleep schedule increase your odds in fedding of illiness by allowing your self to shut eye at night


Eat well Fuel your body from within by eating a wide range of plants fiber rich and colour Fully varied food Better food link to better immune function focus on getting your your nutrition from whole foods
Don't stress do what you can do to remove stress in your body exercise help finding away to do anything you like that can remove stress for you spending time with large crowd enjoy guity free playing music , reading,baking or watch movies that you like
Keep exercise it help to maintain immune health by getting white blood cells moving from the body

Avoid alcohol it may be to bury your fears in nightly bottle of wine don't do it the guardian report of heavy drinking deplete immune cells
Practice good hygiene keep washing your hand regularly most effective and efficient method to protect your self against catching your self from unwanted germs that hides in your finger nails and use sanitizer outside

Alot of persons today want to live a healthy and long life yet they are not willing to pay the price. Besides having a good balanced diet and having enough rest, I would also advice periodic workouts ad well too.

Hi Bashbash. It is very important to boost our immune system especially in wintertime when you can easily catch a cold. I fully agree with you that a healthy diet, a good sleep and regular exercise are the key for a strong immune system.

eating of fruit and vegetables is also a great idea when you want to boost our immune system because of the numerous nutrients that it contains and also when you consume high fibre foods it is also a good idea when you want to boost our immunity as they helps to improve our health growth engaging in exercise as well will also be of great help which will make us to be fit and reduce the risk of developing certain diseases in the body which may indirectly boost our immune system which make us to be very healthy when we have a strong immune system
