3 Tips to live an Active and Healthy Life.

1. Create the space that works for you:

We all know how important it is to organize your workspace. If your chair, computer screen, or computer keyboard is at the wrong angle, then that could be the cause of stiff and painful neck and shoulder muscles. In the same way, a workspace that doesn't match your personality can be the factor that causes you to lose excitement at work soon.

Paint your room or hang artwork and good pictures that reflect your desired mood. Warm colors like beige and lavender can create a relaxing workspace, while bright colors like blue and green can energize you.

2. Get up and walk:

For every one hour of sitting, take a ten or fifteen minute break. Getting up and getting out of your seat at regular intervals can really make a big difference, and get your blood flowing. This is also the reason as to why many places now have standing areas to work.

3. Get outside:

While treadmills and stationary bikes are useful tools, exercising in the beautiful outdoors under the blue sky is a great way to keep yourself active and energetic. Given that setting, you can walk twenty to thirty minutes longer than you originally planned.

Adding to what you have said, eating healthy is also another important aspect. Most people today have a very poor eating habit, my self included though. Find the right balance diet that works perfectly well for you and stick with it.

There are many things which people do that affects their health but they dint know the only time when karma will strike is when they get old the human body likes pleasure yes but if we eat things and do things the way we like it we would damage our system.

We should take the habit of excersising daily to burn some fat in the body excersising is very good for the heart and the brain it increases your endurance and promotes blood flow.

We should also avoid eating sugar this was what my mom always warned me about sugar can affect human beings in many ways it can cause diabetes and even mess with your reproductive system for both men and women.

We should also keep good diet which will increase our body broth bad diet leads to stunt growth or other malnutrition diseases.

Living an active and healthy life means making an healthy habit a part of your life.
There are many ways you can stay healthy strong and active some of this ways include:

Eating healthy and balanced meals, which includes vegetables, nuts, fruits, whole grains and legumes.

Reduce the quantity of salt you consume, it is important to avoid too much salt so you can live long and escape some dangerous diseases.

Consume alot if water to stay hydrated, being hydrated means being active. Water makes the human body parts more active reasonable. The brain cannot function well without water, lack of water could lead to headaches, body aloe join aches weakness.

Exercise regularly to keep fit and to lose excess weight.
Do not smoke, so you lungs don't get damaged, and also to avoid heart risk.

Protect yourself from staying too long under the direct sunlight, or under sun rays to avoid current common diseases like skin cancer.

Wash your hands regularly to avoid taking in germs, you must have used the bathroom, or visited a sick some one or when in public touch surfaces that you share with alot of people and they might have coughed on their hands or sneeze and held same items or surfaces. Be careful, and wash your hands before putting anything into your mouth.

There is need for us to be monitoring how we live and be concerned on how to live longer life in health and wealth. But unfortunately, the buzz for money has made many to forgo the essence of taking serious our lifestyle. And the fact is that if we don't take care of ourselves, the money will be used for our health.

We need to learn how to eat good foods. There are junks and we know. For someone that's planning of living a good life, there is need to make sure we eat good food. Good foods always contain the essential nutrients that the body needs. It is not about the quantity of food but the quality of the food.

Exercising is the next thing that we need to take importance of. We need to make sure that we take our exercise so serious. We can device any means that we ne convinient for us while taking this exercise. We don't need to be taking our exercise without the instructions of gym instructor. Just to regulate our exercise.

Sleeping has always been proven itself to be good and natural way of fighting against bad health. When we have good sleep. Our body will be rejuvenated.

Those are very good tips to live an active and healthy life. These are two things that people fail to balance a lot in their lives. You will find that they get so active and forget about their health. On the other hand, they can get so lazy and still don't take care of their health. Here are my suggestions on how to stay healthy and active.

Set goals on what you want to achieve daily. Make sure that these goals are reasonable such that you can achieve them without having extreme fatigue.

Create a comfortable workspace. Everyone is different and so you know what working environment you most comfortable with. For me, that means a silent place with a comfortable chair, table and clean floors and surfaces.

Take breaks. Overworking yourself without taking a break does so much harm to your physical and metal health. So take a rest after a while of working. Also, make it a rule to enjoy quality sleep at night.

Eat healthy meals. People tend to eat poorly when busy. So make sure you plan out healthy and nutritious meals throughout the day everyday.

Exercise regularly. Doing simple exercises like taking a walk or engaging in simple workouts is very important for your body.

Yes you are right, above are the necessary things one can do in order to keep his or herself healthy, because we all believe our health is is one of the greatest thing we have and we should do well by making it strong and healthy, but also I thing another way to make our body healthy is by doing regular exercise, and we should try our best to see how we should cope with stress, our body is like engine it requires energy do function well, and any alteration from this will alter our state if being. That is why it is very interesting that we should make sure in all we do we just do our best in order to avoid any form of stress which can affect our normal state of being. Also there is something that is also required of us, which is resting, anytime it happens to be that we experienced a stressful day we should have time for ourselves which is resting, it is very important to our body, it makes our body active upon the stress which we could have gone through, I believe with this few points, we can make our body healthy.

It is very simple when you want to live a healthy life everything is all about being determined as long as you take your health to be your priority you will be able to take care of your health properly, health is wealth.

For you to be able to take care of our health you will need to take care of the kind of food that you consume everyday if you did not supply necessary nutrients that our body need it will increase the risk of developing some kind of serious disease in the body which will make you not to live a healthy life so you have to make sure that you eat balanced diet I will provide the essential nutrients that your body need for growth.

Make sure that you always have enough rest at least six hours sleep in a day so as to avoid your brain from being too stressed and avoid too much work so that your body won't get tired and lead to some illness in the body.

Engaging in morning workout is also very important when you want to live a healthy life because exercise help us to reduce the risk of developing some kind of diseases in the body and it also lower the risk of having high cholesterol which can lead to diabetes and heart disease so by exercising you will be fit and healthy.
