Ways discrimination affects a business working environment.

It is totally obvious that no individual can ever feel comfortable and satisfied in an environment in which he or she is not wanted or is not considered to be part of, and that is definitely what discrimination totally means. If discrimination exist in a particular business organisation it absolutely hinders the progress and the ability for such business organisation to be prosperous and also to be successful. It is absolutely true that discrimination is a negative attitude, which if possessed by a particular employee towards another employee, there will be no existence of joint participation and joint collaboration of minds in handling expected business goals and objectives. It is absolutely true that an employee may not entirely know the solution to a particular given or assigned task or duty, but in order to give a solution that is accurately correct he or she may need the advice of another employee, but due to discrimination existing in the business environment he or she is only limited to his or her own ideas and capabilities.

If discrimination exist between a manager towards a particular employee, such a manager will not rejoice over the progress of such employee whom he or she owes a discriminative attitude to. And even if the employee in particular, always endeavour to be accurate and correct in his or her day-to-day organizational responsibilities and priorities, hence such a discriminative minded-manager would never be grateful and commendating to the employee.

Discrimination have tons of effects an influence on the atmosphere and on the environments in which business activities and business responsibilities are to be carried out by organisational employees and workers. In a business organisation there are two ways in which discrimination can be exhibited, first discrimination in the business environment could be between employers and employees and also discrimination can also be between employees and employers or superiors of a business organisation.

Whatever strategy discrimination will take it is absolutely very necessary that it should be totally exempted from all responsibilities and duties going on in the business environment. There are so many qualities that could grow a business progress thereby leading it through the path of reaching greater and higher heights and for a particular reason, discrimination is never one of them. The negative quality of discrimination in a business organisation should be replaced with love, approachability, and humility etc.
