Weight loss is what any fat person will like to do but it has disadvantages and advantages ,but on surgery is no no for me because it has repercussions doing surgery to reduce weight is not advisable for me

Thank you for this explanation and advice. It better to use better method like doing exercise to lose weight.
Try to stay away from eating junk food and some food that contain fat because they can aid to increase weight so stay away from it.
Instead of using drug or doing operation one should just be doing exercise and run away from Can food that contains chemical or fat.
