Hi there, just wanna know some of the pros and cons of being a contractual employee as well as starting being employed as probationary status. Many workers say that contractual employees can receive higher salary, but will it be good to be hired within just a period of time? On the other hand, some say that being a probationary employee is not secured since your regularization only depends on your boss. What if he or she doesn't like you personally? Will that be a threat to a career path?
