Eating too much red meat lead to a lot of complications to the health though that doesn't mean there are no benefits of eating red meat we derive some nutrient from the red meat like zinc, saturated fat, protein, vitamin B and iron. This iron help red blood cell transport oxygen while zinc helps the immune system to function very well but too much consumption of these meat can lead to an high increase in heart disease, cancer, diabetes most especially the unprocessed meat it has a very high risk of having diabetes and this red meat can carry bacteria that is why it is always important to wash the red meat very well and even wash your hands after washing the red meat
