Drinking of cold water the quiz is a heart rate because the chilled water stimulate the vagus nerve and it is this nerve that controlthe hymn voluntary functions in the body and when it is affected the heart rate eventually Susan which causes heart problem and this chilled water also causes shock to the body most especially after work out because your body would have generated a lot of it when you work out so when you drink chilled water there will be a temperature mismatch which will cause a toll on your digestive health so it is better to drink warm water after workout so that it won't need to konak stomach pain or shock to your body and also chilled water courses in digestion it makes it difficult for the body to break down the unwanted fat from your body which affect the fat breakdown.
so we should try to minimise the intake of chilled water daily because it causes a lot of health issues so it is better to drink warm water as distilled water can also cause cold or flu so drink normal room temperature water so that you can be more healthy and active you won't have any problem related to drinking chilled water
