Sunlight produces vitamin D which helps us to play a big role in bone health by making us to have a strong and healthy bones and also reduce the risk of children developing bone wasting disease like osteoporosis and osteomalacia so it is very good when you are exposed to ultraviolet B radiation in sun rays for like 30 minutes so that you can derive the vitamin Dand this sunlight also helps to prevent cancer or do except sunlight can cause skin cancer or when it is moderate we can help to prevent you from developing cancer like colon cancer ovarian cancer and pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer and it also helps to heal skin conditions like acne eczema jaundice and some other skin concerns like thatsunlight has a lot of benefits and potential treatment of rheumatoid arthritisinflammatory bowel disease thyroid disease systemic lupus erythematosus and so many diseases as well so when sunlight is in moderation that you are not exposed to sunlight always like you are only exposed to sunlight for like 30 minutes daily it will really be of great help to the health but when it is in excess its causes side effects to the body

I've always known sunlight to be of great benefit to the health most especially for the children you know it's also have a lot of benefit that it does to adult as well so exposing ourselves to sunlight for like 20 to 30 minutes is not too much it will help to reduce the risk of developing some certain diseases in the body and also helps to make us stronger but when it is in excess it affects the healthth state so we should avoid too much exposure of sunlight but when it is mortgage it is very good for the health

Sunlight has a lot to do with our health , atleast will must enter and stay in the sun for like 20 minutes it has alot to do in our body vitamin d also prevent cancer it can also work for jaudice to clear baby eye from yellow eye jaudice

God has perfected the sunlight for us and it is the natural source of vitamin D. Of course, all vitamins have their functions and a defect in vitamin D can be very challenging especially for children. Which is very important for our bones, immune system and blood cells. The best time to get sunlight rays is midday during summer. We should take sunlight rays at least for 30 minutes. Sunlight kills the bacterias. Sunlight make our bones strong. To makes your bones strong you need calcium for the stronger of bones and vitamins D helps your body to absorb calcium. The best time to get the sunlight rays for the good bones is between 10 am to 3 pm. Sunlight also increases the learning ability in the brain due to increase BDFN levels.
