Humans are full of greed and if left unchecked it can go overboard even in the workplace. As an employer or a boss you need to nip this as soon as you notice it.
You can use the below tips to get it right
Identify the greedy staff
You have to first find out those that are greedy and those that are requesting for their rightful pay and bonuses
preach contentment
You have to tell the greedy staff the benefits of contentment and the negative impact of greed. If possible you would have to live by example you would have ti be less greedy to be emulated.
Compensate only when necessary
it isn't always the best to give whenever a staff request for a thing they do not merit. You would be teaching them directly or indirectly how to continually asked and you would helping to fan into flames their greed. So kill that by only compensating when need be.
