To gain weight one has to eat a lot of food because when you eat you Will add weight.you should always eat fruits and vegetables and also ear things that contain fat.also drink a lot of water it helps the body to gain weight.also before you eat don't drink water because if you drink water your stomach will be filled eat the drink water.you can also drink youghurt and milk they help the body to add weight.alao sleep well and rest it helps in weight gain.eat food that us highly rich in protein like eggs, fish,meat,beans etc and also eat food rich in cabohydrates it helps the body to add weight food like rice,yam etc.dont stess the body and also go for medical check-up
