To gain weight one has to eat a lot of food because when you eat you Will add weight.you should always eat fruits and vegetables and also ear things that contain fat.also drink a lot of water it helps the body to gain weight.also before you eat don't drink water because if you drink water your stomach will be filled eat the drink water.you can also drink youghurt and milk they help the body to add weight.alao sleep well and rest it helps in weight gain.eat food that us highly rich in protein like eggs, fish,meat,beans etc and also eat food rich in cabohydrates it helps the body to add weight food like rice,yam etc.dont stess the body and also go for medical check-up
 
By eating enough fruits and vegetables and also eating a lot of food
 
We can gain weight by eating foods with high Calories and we should also make sure we eat healthy foods that includes fruit and vegetables
 
Gaining weight is something that somebody should plan on a gradual process and not just all of a sudden. Eating foods that are high in calorie occasionally like cake and gluten can help in building fat and energy stores around the body which will cause increase in weight .
 
Make sure you eat Regularly and also avoid foods that will cause high cholesterol in the body and also make sure to drink enough water
