To add weight to the body one has to always try to sleep.get enough sleep because it helps to and weight to the body.also consume junks but not too much so that you don't develop stomach ache .also eat enough extra food and eat enough fruits they help the body to gain weight a lot.and lastly drink enough water and get hydrated it helps to add weight to the body

I actually do not see many points that can help increase the weight of an individual. While I expect you to mention foods that can produce more fats, I saw none was mentioned. Getting enough rest is the only factor I consider useful. Water is life and we need to keep hydrated but it does little in adding weight. While trying to add weight, be careful at it so that you will not become obese and this is more dangerous
