1. Sunscreen: make sure that you have lie songs on 15 minutes before heading out to door because this sunscreen takes a while before it activates and those that have a darker skin tone usually need more sun protection because of the hyperpigmentation which is hard to correct

2. Cleansing: make sure to choose a cleanser that will not leave your skin tight after washing and wash your face nothing more than twice a day or even once. So as to get rid of the dirt, bacteria, oil or some nasty stuff that has build up on your skin throughout the day so wash your face in the morning and evening to help to prevent breakouts and when you want to apply your cleanser use your fingertips or a soft clothes so as to give a healthy growth cause regular scrubbing can cause irritation.

3. Moisturizing: try to moisturize your skin when you wash your face or have a shower so as to keep your face hydrated, happy and hydrated and make sure that you choose a cleanser or moisturizer that are free of perfumes, dyes or alcohol because it can dry out your skin and cause some allergic reactions to your body.

Well, I have some tips for you! First off, don't forget to drink water! It helps your skin stay hydrated, so it will be less likely to dry out and crack. If you use soap on your body (which is always recommended), try using something gentle like baby soap or a body wash that doesn't contain any harsh chemicals like parabens or sulfates. You also want to keep your hands clean as well. so keep them moisturized by putting lotion on before touching anything that might get onto them.

And finally, if something happens when you're at home and your skin starts itching, don't freak out that's just your skin trying to tell you something! The best thing is probably just taking care of yourself in general eating balanced meals, getting enough sleep each night…

Good sleep is also necessary for glowing skin. Enough hours of sleep for about 6 to 8 hours for an adult is necessary.

Taking care of the skin requires consistency and time. It's good to also avoid skin lotions and creams containing hydroquinone.
