We can take good care of the skin by:
1.regular bathing
2.avoid using another person sponge
3.avoid using all kind of bleaching creams.

@Korede you have a good point, the highlighted point above are just a few method out of several ways we can take good care of our skin. Taking good and proper care of the skin is very essential as a human being, and this can be achieved by implementing good skin care and healthy life style choices which can help delay wrinkles acne and other common skin problem.

In addition to what you already stated as the ways to take care of our body, you can as well take good care of your body by juicing regularly and drinking water frequently. Studies shows that drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water, vegetable and fruit juice a day can help you to maintain a healthy and glowing skin.

However, you should also limit or avoid washing your face frequently, because research shows that washing your face causes it to dry out and start wrinkling as you get older.

In Addition, Eating alot of protein every day can also helps you to maintain a glowing skin. Changing of your towel is also essential and avoid direct sunlight during sunning day or wear your sunglasses and hat if you can. Touching your face regularly should also be avoided.

Skin is sensitive part of our body and skin of all person are not alike. some have oily skin and some have dry skin. Weather is also important to decide how we care our skin. In rain season we have more humidity and sweat so it must that we use some medicated bath shop for bathing and in winter our skin release less oil than summer so we must be used mild soap.

1. Use sunscreen every day, even if it's cloudy or cold out. UV rays are still harmful when they're not in direct sunlight.

2. Don't scrub hard or scrub too much that can make your skin red and irritated. Instead, use gentle massage motions with a gentle scrub brush on your face or body.

3. Don't pick at pimples. it'll only cause more acne. If you notice a pimple developing near where you're touching it, avoid that area for now. just leave it alone and go back later when it has healed up completely! Also try not to use makeup for a couple weeks after having a breakout so that your skin gets time to heal before putting on makeup again.

4. Don't use products with harsh chemicals like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid on your face.

There are many ways that you can use to take care of our skin like always eating a balanced diet as it plays a vital role in keeping us healthy which will make our skin to hustle be healthy as well so if you eat a good balance diet that you have all the nutrients they are supposed to have in the projects it will flourish your skin and make you look good.

Make sure that you are hydrated always drink like 6 glasses of water everyday so as to make your skin to be more healthier drinking water makes us to blow which will make our skin to glow as well

Avoid all this bleaching creams as it damages the skin and causes harm to your health as well because of the chemical and the crime so using bleaching cream can damage your skin so avoid it so that you can also have a healthy skin should that and avoid smoking or drinking of alcohol as it is very dangerous to the health so if you have ride consumption of alcohol or smoking it will reduce the risk of your skin being endangered. So we have to make sure that we take care of our skin always
