Hi Barin. Your post is really very informative. I fully agree with you that it is very unhealthy to eat sweets every day. Sweets can damage not only our teeth but our health generally. We can eat fruit and vegetables instead of sweets which are a good source of minerals and vitamins.Also we can exercise regularly. In this way, we will stay healthy.Consuming sweets everyday damages the teeth and cause tooth cavities so it is dangerous for our health for us to consume sweet everyday and it also increases the risk of diseases in the body which will make our body to be exposed to some kind of illness like cancer heart problem kidney problem so it is better for us not to consume too much of sweetsbecause of the sugar in it when excess sugar is in the body it causes harm to the body it increases our blood pressure and high sugar level which is not good for our health
