The heart of human beings is one of the main and major chamber of the body it is also one of the vital organ of the body that keeps it afloat and alive . Surgeons and human body operators says that the human heart if it were to be bought with money will cost more than 3 million dollars which is equivalent to 1,255,230,000.00 in the Nigerians currency . From this analysis we can say that the human heart is a very precious organ and it is the responsibility of every human to keep your heart positive and free from any evil and resentment .

No wonder we are always advised to keep our heart joyful because a joyful heart is indeed good medicine . Most patient that are suffering from memory loss , fatigue and other physical eye-seeing illness . Which are caused as a result of not keeping their heart joyful . Because when an individual overthinks this is always linked to the reason of harbouring wrong thoughts in his own heart . Even the Bible as proverbs 17:22 clearly and tells us that we should keep our heart joyful because it is better just as good medicine . God has indeed created we human beings in a way that peace of mind and good humor has been the major reason of our good existence . So with this in mind , we should endeavour to always keep our hearts joyful knowing its worth .
