A human society without conflict will be spineless , boring , frustrating , and interesting and door for human interaction . That is why even in business and personal related activities , the existence of conflict is inevitable in they affairs of human beings , conflict occurs in the human society and is being triggered as a result of different preferences of values , morality , and human groups existing substantially from one another . there are many ways that conflict could be resolved in a business organisation just as there are many ways of building peace within the business organisation .

One step that business managers can take to resolve conflict within employees is to make in existence the provision of an " open corporation qorum " . Buy an open corporation forum it simply means the ability for every employee in the business environment whether from different race or locality to be able to share their ideas based on what they seem right and wrong happening in the business organisation . In this way the manager will be able to notice the behaviour of every employee to world one another and if discrimination or bias is being detected the manager could correct it right away .

It's no secret that businesses face growing challenges in the business environment. Every day, companies are contending with rising costs, expanding regulations, and increasing uncertainty about their markets. The result is a less-than-ideal situation for everyone involved: consumers, employees, investors, and the economy as a whole.

This doesn't have to be the case. Businesses can work together to resolve these conflicts in ways that make everyone happy—and we're not just talking about sharing profits or throwing holiday parties and free lunches. We mean genuine cooperation between businesses that leads to positive and even transformative changes for everyone.

I hardly see or hear of an environment void of conflicts. In the business sphere, conflicts exist too, between partners, employer to employee, employee to clients. But the beauty lies in the ability to resolve these conflicts in a way that would not bridge communication.
There is bound to be disagreement and misunderstanding in a business sphere and once that is sensed, the disagreeing parties or a third party as the case may be would have to be sensitive enough to call such a halt to curb aggravating issues.

So how do we manage conflicts in the business setting?

My former boss always called a meeting when ever she sensed one, depending on what parties were involved. Then she would let every one air their views concerning the issue, spell out a positive way forward, and appeal for peace.
It always worked!
An important and effective tool that should be employed when dealing with conflict In a business setting is communication. It works like magic!
We should know that progress or growth is hardly found in conflict prone environments. Conflict is not needed in a business environment and at the same time is inevitable due to individual differences and tendencies to disagree or misunderstand. But finding better ways to resolve it is the best deal there can be.

Resolving conflicts in a business organisation is absolutely necessary for the entire growth as well as smooth management of the business. In most cases and situations employees are more likely to conflict with each other due to personality differences and also differences in areas of language tribe and race. And also it becomes very hard for an individual to go into a business organisation and find out that all employees are from the same tribe or possibly speak the same language. Due to the differences in all of this there is a possibility that these employees my absolutely conflict against each other and it is the duty and responsibility of the business manager or the business owner to make sure that employees do not conflict against each other.

In order to avoid or resolve conflicts among employees in a business organisation the business manager and the business owner most definitely impose a law that points out the negativity of conflict when it exist in a business organisation. For a certainty when conflicts exist in a business organisation it can distort and destroy collaboration as well as teamwork within employees and it can go as far as to destroy a business or organisational reputation among the minds and interest of people.
