Business owners , employers , and managers often do their best to employ the best employees out of the multitude of job seekers out there . Yet they are a great number of other employers who are blinded by some negative factors , and so rather than employing a job seeker as a result of his or her qualification status and his or her ability and agility to work they employ as a result of how attractive the job seeker is or as a result of the personal gratification the gain from the job seeker . It must be understood that mindset like this destruct a business from it main vision , and this could also have devastating and degrading effects on the business .

Business owners should see pass through a job seekers attractiveness or cuteness they must be majorly concerned about what the job seeker could impact into the business in order to help the business grow , the job seeker CV must be clearly analysed , and series of interviews questions must be asked from the employer to the employee to see if the job seeker is qualified to take up the pose . Finally , employers should maintain a perfect eyes and not distracted from the business goals and objective .

When employing someone in to your business, it is good to know the kind of person you are employing into your business. As a little mistake in the process of employment will run down your business. Therefore good and careful selection is very important as it's determine the progress of your business.
Am employer should first look for the person that believe in the vision and mission of his business or organization. So that the person will not come with his own ideology. Am not disputing the face that the employee ideology is bad but before taking any ideology from the employee, the employer should carefully examine that ideology to confirm that will bring a positive impact to that organization before implementing it.
In addition to that the employer should look at the punctuality of the job seeker because for you to be able to participate fully in the activity of that organization or business, you need to be dedicated to the organization. The level of experience of the job seeker is also of Paramount importance, if the job seeker has an experience in that job it will be very easy for him to deal with the affairs to that business without any difficulty.

When hiring employees, you should hire those who believe in your vision and mission statement?
Many startups and small businesses do not have an employee screening process. They just try to find the right fit at the time of hiring. If a company is in its early stages, it may be difficult to determine whether or not a new hire will be a good fit for the business. This lack of clear criteria for new hires can lead to poor employees and potentially poor results from their efforts.

In order to avoid this problem, it is important that all employees feel that they are being hired for the same reason. This way, new hires are likely to stay on board with the company's vision and mission statement.
Good employees are individuals who understand the significance of what you are doing. They understand how you want to make a difference and what it means for them to be part of your team.
They believe in your vision and share your goals, which leads to better productivity and more meaningful, personal relationships within the workplace.

While most companies do not interview potential employees until after they have been hired, it is important that you clearly define what your company values before hiring someone. In a similar fashion, all members of the company should be aware of their role in supporting your company's mission statement.
