When faced with this question, a lot of persons would easily say they would want to work for a big company, due to the fact that its a big company, which means a larger pay. Personally if i am given the choice, i do not mind working for a small company, the most important thing is that it meets my expectations. There are big companies today who do not even know how to carter for their staffs or treat them the right way. I have even heard about most big companies that owe their staff. What i am after is a place where i can feel most comfortable and get paid a decent amount. If i can find this in a big company i would definitely choose this, but if i find it in a small company i do not mind. Even small companies has its advantages as well.
