In some places of work they tend to be high level of absenteeism by the workers which will be detrimental to the well being of the workplace as tasks will be left unfinished.
But the truth is that some employers attitude contribute to this menace at work . This happens for the following reasons.
High workload
When they workload is too much for a worker that might always cause incessant burnout it will always make the person stay away from work.

Workers would always want to stay away from work when their wages or salaries are not paid on time

if a boss is abusive whether physically or verbally it will get to the workers and make them hate work.
